With more than 25 years of experience in real estate administration, operations and client service, Michelle brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to her role as Business Operations Manager at Young Real Estate.

Working closely with Principal Director John Young, Michelle plays an integral role across the business, supporting the Property Management and Sales teams while helping to ensure the day-to-day operations of the agency run smoothly and efficiently. As a licensed Property Manager and Sales Representative, she has a strong understanding of all facets of real estate, complemented by extensive experience in trust administration, compliance, systems, processes and client care.

Highly organised and solutions-focused, Michelle has a natural eye for detail and a passion for finding better, more efficient ways of doing things. She enjoys supporting the team, improving processes and creating strong systems behind the scenes, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering the best possible experience for their clients.

Approachable, friendly and down-to-earth, Michelle believes clear and honest communication is key to building strong and lasting relationships.
