Really good knowledge.

John helped me navigate the residential village market and compare it to the housing one.  He was fair and really showed he cared about looking after both the buyer (me) and the seller.  He took the time to answer questions, follow up on actions and genuinely wanted the process to be smooth and easy.

I can’t fault John’s service and it’s the standard (or above) what it should, be unlike other agents.  John is the first one I felt I could really trust & will return to when I sell my home.

John told me he and his company wanted to help uplift the image  of the Real Estate industry and he certainly did with me.  My previous experience (having purchased 2 and selling 1 house) with different agents were all appalling in comparison.  I never though to would get such a positive experience as this one.

John was open about reasonable pricing and offers.  He seems to want to get mutually beneficial outcome for the buyer and seller.  Once negotiations were sorted I felt John remained committed for the ride through to final settlement. He even followed up with the village on questions about settlement with them too.
